IRRIFRANCE Groupe acquires France Pivots with backing from Unigrains

The French agricultural irrigation equipment specialist strengthens its leadership and accelerates its development

Paris, October 8^th, 2025 – IRRIFRANCE Groupe, a French, family-owned manufacturer of agricultural irrigation equipment, has acquired France Pivots, a manufacturer and installer of agricultural pivot systems, from Groupe Chagneau. Through this transaction, IRRIFRANCE consolidates its leading position in France and affirms its ambition to become a major player across Europe.

Founded in 1963, IRRIFRANCE Groupe designs, develops and manufactures a complete range of agricultural irrigation solutions: hose reels, pivots, lateral moves, solid sets and localized irrigation. IRRIFRANCE Groupe benefits from a high-end positioning – Made in France – thanks to the full control of its production chain and its 14-hectar production facility in Occitanie. Its equipment is distributed through a network of long-standing distributor-partners. The availability and the quality of spare parts, after-sales service, as well as a strong capacity for innovation (such as the hose reel ramp and REUSE irrigation systems), make IRRIFRANCE Groupe a reliable and sustainable choice for clients.

Strong complementarity with France Pivots

The acquisition of France Pivots is based on the complementary nature of the two companies, building on their strengths and preserving the identity of each brand:

• Products: combining industry leaders, reel machines for IRRIFRANCE and pivots for France Pivots

• Geography: ensuring better coverage across France and growth perspectives abroad
• Innovation: integrating tensiometry solutions developed by Challenge Agriculture, a subsidiary of France Pivots.

The consolidation of the offer and of expertise leads to the emergence of a nation leader with +40% market share. Under the stewardship of Noumane Aïdi, President and Alexandre Aïdi, CEO, with 140 employees and sales of over 40 million euros, the new ensemble rivals international players across the full range of irrigation technologies.

IRRIFRANCE Group opens its capital to Unigrains

In the context of this external growth operation, IRRIFRANCE Groupe has opened its capital to Unigrains, the agri-food specialized investor, as a minority shareholder.

Unigrains will provide its sector expertise in support of IRRIFRANCE Groupe’s development including the launch of export projects in Northern and Eastern Europe and the integration of new technologies to optimize crop water efficiency. Unigrains will also support IRRIFRANCE Groupe in exploring future external growth opportunities in France and abroad.
